Tax, Shipping, and Lead Time Disclaimer

Our manufacturers ship their products using what is known as “best method”. These rates vary depending on the carrier, location, and item type. Sales tax is based on the zip code of where the order is being shipped to. Lead times for products and manufacturers vary as well. We cannot guarantee an exact lead time or shipping & tax cost until after an order is placed. As soon as an order is placed, we issue a purchase order from the manufacturer(s) and will have an AirTelligence representative reach out within 4 hours with an exact lead time and purchase order including exact shipping & tax, or within 24 hours if the order is placed after 4pm AZ time.

Order Cancellations: If the actual lead time is not acceptable, or you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, please contact us at sales@airtelligence.com, or simply wait until an AirTelligence representative contacts you. Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled with no charge, and we will issue a refund within 1 business day.

Territories Disclaimer

Please note which states fall within Airtelligence’s territory for this manufacturer, as Airtelligence will not be able to ship to states which aren’t highlighted.

ROC License Disclaimer

Airtelligence is not liable for any orders placed for which the purchaser does not hold a valid ROC licenses in their state. Without a valid ROC, the items ordered will not be under any warranty, and the installer assumes all risks.
